Thank you for taking the time to look at the Bishopton Gospel Hall site.

Older village residents will know that the Gospel Hall was built over 40 years ago. The Christians who continue the testimony believe the same things as the original members. We are not affiliated with other churches, and we meet together, as taught in the New Testament:

 ^“They that gladly received his word were baptized…and they continued steadfastly in the apostles’ doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers.”Acts 2: 41,42

We have reservations about using social media to promote the teaching of the Bible. Still, in response to the growing village, we have decided to share the gospel message with the people of Bishopton and Dargavel through this site.

We hold a gospel meeting each Sunday at 6.30 pm, where you can hear God’s message of salvation and forgiveness of sins through His Son, Jesus Christ.

“For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life” John 3:16.

We regularly receive requests for hiring the hall for various activities. Our constitution and the terms of our insurance policy do not allow for this.

It has come to our attention that the UK-churches.com website publishes details about us that we have not authorised. It is of particular concern to us that this site is asking for donations. Please be assured that we never ask for donations and that we have no relationship with its owners.
